Information we collect
When you submit a quote, contact, or carrier inquiry, NorthTrail Logistics LLC collects the information you provide, including your name, company, email, phone number, message, shipment or equipment details, and any files you choose to attach. Basic technical information may also be processed to operate and protect this website.
How we use and share information
We use this information to review requests, respond to you, arrange transportation, evaluate carrier relationships, and communicate about related business matters. We may share relevant shipment details with prospective or assigned authorized motor carriers and information with service providers who help us operate this website or deliver our services. We may also disclose information when required by law. We do not publish your inquiries or share them for unrelated marketing.
Security and retention
We use reasonable measures to protect submitted inquiries and attachments, but no online system is completely secure. We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, provide services, maintain business records, and meet applicable legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it when appropriate.
Website measurement
This website is prepared for analytics and advertising measurement, but no third-party measurement account is configured here by default. If those services are added, this notice should be updated to reflect their use.
